- We strictly prohibit sexual intercourse, oral service, or any illegal substance at Flame Spa Bali. We have the right to evict a customer if they are intoxicated, or if their behavior is disrespectful towards other customers and/or staff.
- Items such as phone, wallet, passport, watch, hat, jewelry and other personal belongings must be deposited into our safety locker. Our premises are fully monitored by CCTV.
- No smoking in the lobby or treatment rooms.

All of our therapists, both female and male are local. They are all professional and specially trained, and health tested regularly.

- Cancellations less than 4 hours prior to your appointment will be refunded 50% in FLAME CREDIT valid for 1 month.
